| APPLICATION | |
DISSOLVEX 100 can be simply pulverized over all the accessible surfaces or as foam with DRIVEX FOAM DRIVEX.
Following the evaporation of the aqueous solution, residual deposits will be eliminated when the boiler is restarted or with a simple sweeping or sanding with the help of an organic abrasive. In this case, and especially if the generator must stay in conservation for a period exceeding two months, it will be necessary to use DISSOLVEX 100 a second time, or even better, DISSOLVEX 200.

It is determined by the amount of deposits to treat, their hardness and pH.
The average quantity of product necessary to clean and neutralize a 12 Mwt boiler running on heavy fuel n°2 (without super heater or economizer), is around 100 kilos.
